2. Film Production Services

For film production projects, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Pre-production Phase: 80% refund if cancelled before shooting begins
• Production Phase: 50% refund if cancelled during active filming
• Post-production Phase: 25% refund if cancelled during editing
• Final Delivery: No refund once final deliverables are provided

Refund amounts are calculated based on work completed and resources allocated to the project.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send a written refund request to info@kathavahinistudios.com
2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund
3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Third-party licensing fees (music, stock footage, etc.)
• Equipment rental costs from external vendors
• Travel and accommodation expenses
• Consultation fees for completed sessions
• Rush delivery charges
• Custom equipment purchases made for specific projects

5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) that prevent service delivery:

• Full refund available if services cannot be rescheduled
• Option to reschedule without penalty when possible
• Partial refunds based on work completed if project is terminated

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

• Contact our management team within 30 days
• Provide additional documentation supporting your case
• We will review and respond within 10 business days
• Final decisions will be communicated in writing
