1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Katha Vahini Studios LLP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Katha Vahini Studios LLP concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Services Description

Katha Vahini Studios LLP provides comprehensive film production services including but not limited to:

• Film Production and Direction

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to commence project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Studio rental payments due in advance
• Late payment charges of 2% per month may apply
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work agreed upon. Delays may occur due to:

• Client-requested changes or revisions
• Delayed client approvals or feedback
• Technical complications
• Force majeure events

We will communicate any potential delays promptly and work to minimize impact on delivery schedules.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Katha Vahini Studios LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date
• All materials and deliverables completed will be provided
• Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy
• Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
